My name is Matt Worthy. I'm 46 years old. Two years ago, my teenage son mocked my pudgy dad bod. Walking up the stairs left me out of breath. My muffin top spilled out of the top of my pants. I was a mess. Disgusted, I made a decision to put an end to that way of life. After two years, my dad bod is gone. It took tons of hard work and nearly constant research, poring through journals and consulting with experts to figure out the scientific secrets to building muscle and losing fat. Now I'm on a journey to harness the power of science to improve other areas of my life. I want to share what I've learned and what I'm learning with you.
