This very concise but informative book was written by an author who has not only been the route himself for 30 years, has been trained by the best, but has obviously done his research prior to putting pen to paper (or finger to computer key). The book is an excellent tutorial on weight lifting, but also includes the all important supplemental information of diet, supplication, and aerobic training. If you want an excellent tutorial on the subject, you have found the right book.
As an aside, the author's techniques have obviously brought him great success as before and after photos show at the beginning of the book - he is obviously ripped and fit after 45!
